TIMI Elsewhere: DIY Necklace on Henry Happened

Despite the insanity in my life right now, I have a new DIY for you. Here's the catch: it's a guest post over at the wonderful blog, Henry Happened. I've long been a fan of Stephanie's DIYs, so it's the sorta thing where when someone asks you to contribute a post, it's like they say "jump," and I say, "how high?" Anyway, clicky clicky for details on this easy suede-wrapped chain necklace (for waaaay less than the inspiration piece price).

  1. Link didn't work. :(

    I like your new header.

Your photos aren't showing up in my Google Reader, but it could be me.

  2. Oops, left of the L in html. Thanks for the heads up. Glad you like the header! Photos are actually no longer appearing in reader because I'm trying out my feed at shorten length.

  4. What a cool DIY. I am just beginning to get into crafting and DIY, and I wonder how this would look as a replacement strap for a purse or maybe even a belt? I think I have a project for this weekend :).

  5. I saw your link for the chain, do you order your supplies on beadaholique.com? I'm looking for some good but cheap online sites with diy supplies. Do you have any recommendations?

    1. I usually link to supplies that I think are the best match to what I use, because this chain I bought in person. For recommendations for online sites, check out Grace's post: http://stripesandsequins.com/2012/06/the-top-10-resources-for-diy-craft-supplies.html
