DIY Geode Cuff

Looks like I'm not alone in my love for sparkly and colorful rocks! I've received tons of love for my agate necklace, thanks (...I made it)! Also, Grace over at Stripes and Sequins put together this pretty roundup of geode goodness, Carly at Chic Steals made some rock star (ha) worthy earrings, and Alicia at Dismount Creative beat us all to the punch with this geode cocktail ring from her DIY archives. When I was thinking about how to use my agate slice, I considered attaching it to a cuff I had. But, like the agate, that cuff was used for another project.

However, I found a blank, hinged cuff at a bead store, plus a sparkly rock to top it off. A little E-6000 glue is all I needed! Have I convinced you yet how useful a really strong glue is?

  7. This is a proper way to assemble it. The glue holds well to secure the item.
